Little to no updates during recruitment the process, and their salary ranges are too low for what they look for in a candidate. Moreover, I don’t think they are asking the right questions in their interviews to assess one’s skills and abilities properly.

Interview
Initial phone conversation to introduce myself and find out more about the role. I was then assured they would come back to me later that week to then discuss next steps.

What I had done in the VC space, what kind of BD I had achieved etc. Compensation was asked on the first call.

Interview
Sort of long and very careful process. But in my opinion clearly shows that they have their own method for recruiting (and which probably it's working for them)
They took more than 5 days to answer after the application, then you get a quick phone interview and ask you to send them a 2 min video answering some questions. If you pass it, they call you for a personal interview of 2h with 3 people from the team (1 hour + 1 hour with a Manager). After that if you're still inside they call you for a Strengthsfinder test.
Finally, if you survived, you may already get an offer (previous referral check-ups) or call you for a 4th interview with founders.
