I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Level in Dec 2022
Interview
Cancelled on my twice after I made time early in the morning to accommodate them. Then sent me a email that my application was reviewed and they have chosen not to move forward. 1. They reached out to me with a cold email, I didn't apply 2. If your gonna jerk me around, stick to call time and don't cancel less than 30m before. Let them get there act together before you apply here.
Started with programming questions, wanted me to walk through my thinking/ approach. Then moved on to general questions about my experience and projects on my resume. Overall enjoyable process, interviewer was friendly

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Level in Jan 2023
Interview
The company doesn't have any USP. Mostly navigating a space that's been established by other companies. This shows why they need to rely heavily on series of funding. You will be reached out by recruiter through LinkedIn and then the follow-up is a hiring manager screen. The hiring manager I met with was a pain. He wants to keep reminding and plugging about his ex-Google experience rather than something positive about Level itself. It would be great to highlight you company's initiatives and achievements rather than your personal past glory. Overall, I would say a directionless company that is trying to find a footing in an overly crowded market.
