They ask candidates to submit a video recording of themselves talking about their marketing experience and how they've incorporated the use of AI into their workflows. It's an extremely awkward and unnatural process. The fact that they won't invest the time to speak to candidates in a two-way conversational format is a huge red flag. There's a reason their job postings stay up for months at a time.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Level Agency in Apr 2025
Interview
Easy interview, but no offer. It was a virtual interview for a remote internship. We discussed the future of AI in marketing and my writing process and introductions. Very easy.

Question 1
The future of AI in marketing and whether or not I use it in my copywriting.
First interview with team member, then given an extensive assessment on how I would promote one of their webinars. I put a good amount of time in my presentation, only to get ghosted after submitting it. Wildly unprofessional and quite disappointing to be treated like that.
