Interview was a phone call. Asked primarily about my interest in the role and then went through my previous experience a employers. The interview was fairly combative in nature and wanted justifications for various bullet points, but were reasonable questions. There wasn't a lot of feedback.

Went through a recruiter and only ended up having one interview. Nothing out of the ordinary, and I was offered shortly after. The interview was primarily about current projects and which I might join.

Interview
first interview with one or two engineer managers inside the company, and second interview through the phone or in person with Engineer Director Lead. Both interview focus on how well the engineer communicate with his fellow teammate beside basic engineer skills and technical questions mentioned in your resume.
