I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Westminster, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
I sat down for an interview with the manager of the store and the woman in charge of the lab. They reviewed my resume, had a few questions about my experience getting a degree. They tried to gauge my interest in the position. The conversation seemed to go pretty well, said they would contact me about a job offer on Friday. They never contacted me again.

Question 1
Would you be able to maintain and fix machines as they break down?
Relatively standard and generic questions. They also provided me with a tour during one of the interviews and had me meet some of the potential team members. There were a few rounds before they gave an offer, but overall, it was a positive experience.
I did a pre-screening and then 3 additional interviews.

Question 1
Describe to me how you approach learning a new job.
Simple 2 interview process interviewing with the store manager and the following week had an interview with the lab manager. The entire hiring process too about two weeks to complete before I received an offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LensCrafters
Interview
Very easy, common interview questions. The manager asks tell me about yourself, how do you handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines? can you give me an example of a team project that you completed successfully?
