What you would expect for applying for a sales position. What are your strengths, weaknesses. I interviewed with five people including peers. The process was long with extensive periods of no contact or updates. Roughly three months from initial inquiry to offer.

Interview
Really thorough, well organized and engaging. All stakeholders were extremely respectful of my time and asked very relevant questions. I have to note that Lesley Jones, the internal recruiter, was the best recruiter I've ever worked with. There were a few roles that were open and she took the time to find the best suited for me and Lenovo. She was upfront, honest, incredibly diligent and to be honest - it was hard declining just because of how wonderful she was. She's a credit to the profession and the organization as a whole.

Past work history, relevant deals/overcoming challenges in prior roles. Cultural fit, future goals.
Interview was direct. Looking for people with strong motivation skills and determination. Sales experience is highly valued. Ability to work individually as well as a team. Casual work environment and friendly.
