I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lenovo (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was very long process. The recruiter was professional and kept me up to date by weeks went by without movement. There were multiple interviewers who asked repetitive questions. One interviewer seemed to just read my resume when I walked into the office. Most were seemingly prepared. The recruiter helped a lot. The offer was low and I did not accept. It was less than I said I was looking for during the first conversation and even after some negotiation it wasn't a reasonable offer for what I was going to be doing.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lenovo (New York, NY) in Sep 2021
Interview
Really thorough, well organized and engaging. All stakeholders were extremely respectful of my time and asked very relevant questions. I have to note that Lesley Jones, the internal recruiter, was the best recruiter I've ever worked with. There were a few roles that were open and she took the time to find the best suited for me and Lenovo. She was upfront, honest, incredibly diligent and to be honest - it was hard declining just because of how wonderful she was. She's a credit to the profession and the organization as a whole.
