Okay, went through three interviews. They asked average sales questions asked about my résumé. I wanted to make sure I understood I worked every single weekend. They asked about my previous work history.
They did a phone interview first. Good experience, I just felt this job wouldn't be right for me in the long run, as you do have to put your Real Estate License on Inactive. I really did not want to do that, so I opted out at this point.

Question 1
Would be willing to put my Real Estate License on Inactive Status.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lennar in Nov 2017
Interview
Manager was late for the interview and has a terrible response time to any communication. For the most part a typical interview. However, this manager is afraid to add anyone who has too much experience and I had been told by a former employee that she would be afraid of that because she is under qualified for her own position and bullies the sales people. I consider it a blessing that I didn't get this job.
