I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lennar (Wayzata, MN) in Jun 2007
Interview
Sent in my resume. Did not hear back, so I resent it along with a letter reiterating my interest. HR called shortly after. Had phone interview and then was called in for a 1:1 interview with the sales manager that I would report to. Was very unimpressed by the corp. environment and culture. Not very professional. Manager was a bit rude to staff in front of me. This turned me off to the opportunity so I just went through the motions for the rest of the interview knowing that I no longer wanted the job.
hiring process is designed to be easy, seamless, and supportive every step of the way. You’ll start with an initial phone call to introduce the process and answer your questions. Next, we’ll schedule a virtual meeting to dive deeper and connect face-to-face. Finally, you’ll move on to in-person interviews for a more personal and detailed conversation. Throughout the entire journey, we’re here to guide and support you, ensuring you feel confident and prepared at every stage.”
Lennar’s sales interview process includes an initial phone screen, in-person or virtual interviews with sales managers, behavioral and sales-related questions, role-playing scenarios, and a final interview with leadership before an offer.
A bit chaotic. Ended up spanning a few months and eventually the position was offered. The original person I dealt with for the interview was let go during the process.
