Interview
Met with a recruiter at a career fair. I got invited to interview on their first round of interviews which lead to interviews with about 7 associates. Then, they let me know I passed on to the next set of Skype interviews a week later. The last interview was in-person with the CFO of the company. Overall, the energy and professionalism of all the interviewers made the process go very smoothly.

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lennar (Miami, FL) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview process is long and repetitive. There are about three tiers with up to 7-8 interviews. The first round of interviews was on campus. The second round of interviews was over Skype and the third round was at the headquarters in Miami. There are a combination of easy technical questions and workplace-fit questions.

Interview
Went to a career fair, then interviewed with 3 people for 3 hours the following week, and then interviewed with the CFO. They were all very nice but it seems like it is hard to climb the ladder in this company. Some of the managers have been there for 10+ years, so until they leave, you can't really get a better position unless it is in another state!
