Interview
Unorganised as process took over 7 months which was much longer than other comparable companies. A video interview, phone interview and an assessment centre. Video interview where you had to record yourself immediately after a question appeared (no human interaction). Simple phone interview. Assessment centre involved splitting into 2 large groups and presenting on a case study.
