i applied online put my cv and resume in and academic transcript then had to fill out a survey of behavioural questions and then they give you 3 questions with as long as you like to answer them where you take video of yourself and answer in less then a minute after that you do a interview in person which includes situational based questions and 3 minute presentation about yourself with no materials.
