I interview with the plant manager and another engineer. These individuals were very cordial and knowledgeable about there field. Towards the end of the interview another person came in and did not state who he was or what he did at the company. He just reviewed my resume and then left. I found this person above reproach and did not know who he was until I got hired. Turns out he was from upper management. I have never been to an interview like that before that one of the interviewers did not introduce himself to me. I also took a tour thru the shop. The shop was very disorganized with stuff laying all over the place.
