I applied online. I interviewed at Leisure Pass Group (Singapore) in May 2022
Interview
I must say this is the most disappointing interview I have ever attended. Not only did there were no apologies given for making me wait for 20minutes during the first interview, and despite my constant update via email, there was no response. After I received another email from the interviewer, I proceed to join the call and waited for another 20mins, I left the call at 10.40am and has been hoping to get any update sooner, but I only receive a cold message, without any apologies, and only one call from the HR, which i missed because it was actually my work day last Thursday.
The second interview not only lasted for a brief 9 minutes. Again I would expect to have some sort of apologies given, but there wasn't, in fact, it seems like it was my fault that I didn't manage to go through the first call. I know that the first interview was missed because the interviewer was on leave on that day, but there is no excuse as to why it is being executed so unprofessionally. If in any case, I was deemed not the right candidate, please just let me know instead of wasting my time with all the interviews.
I applied online. I interviewed at Leisure Pass Group (London, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
Had a pleasant experience. Was invited to their London office for an interview. Asked general questions about what I studied at university and how that would beneficial for the job role.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Leisure Pass Group
Interview
First, call with internal HR/recruiter. Second, had a phone interview with the Head of Engineering(not 100% confirm about the designation here). Received communication stating they were really happy with the outcome and like me to do a technical task.
