It wasn’t too hard, be a good person and nice and it will go well. They ask the basic questions, be up beat and vibrant. They bring you to the back and asks a series of questions

Interview
They interview was relaxed and super easy. The people I interviewed with were very nice and welcoming. The whole interview only took about 15 minutes. It totally seemed like I got the job.

What do you as an individual have to offer the company?
Phone screen held, asked about general background and gave a good overview of the position, which seemed more like a payroll/reporting position. The only thing that I was surprised at is that she mentioned she would get back to me by a certain date letting me know either way. She let me know about a week later than expected.
