Very relaxed, interviewer was wearing a sweatshirt and jeans. Two-phase interview process with moderately easy questions. Mostly a personality assessment to see if you are a good fit for the team and the job.

Pretty easy interview process - applied online, scheduled phone interview, and then scheduled in-person interview, and then I followed up and never heard back. It also seemed like the job was misrepresented based off the job description and phone interview. I remember when I was in-person and speaking with the team the actual duties didn't match the job description. But overall the interview experience was good, it happened quickly. I remember the interviewer telling me that they would get back to me after a certain amount of days and then they scheduled an in-person interview for the very next day. So, it seemed like they weren't telling the truth about how many people they were interviewing - which I understand but I think it could've been masked better. Lastly, they never got back to me after I followed up with them via email and they said they would hence the rating. I think it's important for company's to stick to their word, if you say you'll hear from us in x amount of days then you should follow up in x amount of days. If I was a potential client then I would've been followed up on in x amount of days.
