Really well organised and friendly, the interviewer was clear on the company methodology and expectations and was helpful in directing me to do well. The interviewer was thorough in reviewing my background and teaching method.

Interview
Initial interview followed by extensive training and two separate mock sessions. Feedback is received after the first mock session and the second mock must focus on the weak points showed in the first.

Interview
There is a language test that is completed prior to an online interview and initial tech check. This is followed by a two-day training about their teaching model and online platform. Then, you are given a list of dates ranging within the next two weeks to perform two mock lessons. I was asked to perform a third even. You are given feedback on these lessons and if found satisfactory, given an offer. This is still followed by another day of induction training and a final tech check before becoming eligible to accept clients.
