HR interview took place last week 1/5. We had scheduled with the clinical director for 1/9. I accepted the Teams link on 1/5. On 1/9, the link is gone from my calendar. I go to the initial email to reaccept. 20 minutes later, HR rep emails all including the director to say "Candidate declined."
I literally followed up via email to clarify that was not the case and was still available for the interview, to which no one responded.
I found this to be a shoddy business practice. An entire HR team dedicated to scheduling and screening, yet not an ounce of common decency to reply or follow up with the candidate who expressed interest in the first place with interview #2.
If you are a newly licensed or independently licensed practitioner, I would urge y'all to search elsewhere. There are more robust group practices that do not engage in this type of disorganization.
