I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Leaping Coyote Interactive in Nov 2014
Interview
Applied and took about a week or two to hear back. The CEO is an airhead and doesn't know what he's looking for.
I went for an in person interview, and was then told there are 10 other candidates he's interviewing. At this point I knew this was a waste of my time. If he has to interview 10 people, he obviously doesn't know what he's looking for. I didn't hear back and didn't expect much. I did bump into him 2 weeks later at a tech hiring event, he specifically told me I had the skills to do the job, but he just wanted to "see what else is out there" or was just "looking around". He was at the tech event to look for more ux designers, but obviously he just doesn't know what hes doing.
