Hour long virtual zoom with the hiring manager. Lots of "tell me about a time" and cultural questions, along with questions about my skills and background. No technical assessment to speak of. The hiring manager was pretty new to the company, but clearly excited about the roadmap and culture. Did a great job of selling me on the company in general. Was told I would hear back from HR in a few days about next steps, then ghosted. Unfortunately this is almost industry standard at this point.

I began the process with a screening interview with the hiring manager. At the end of that interview, I was told that I would hear back soon about next steps. They never got back to me after that.
