6 calls including pointless prep calls and a work sample later. Those calls made it very obvious that “talent” had little idea what was going on. They were very transparent around what each interview would entail which I was thankful for. But after countless hours of prep and unpaid labor, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any type of feedback and sent a standardized rejection email from a FINAL ROUND at midnight on a weeknight. It felt like a complete switch up from everything the org apparently was and valued.
