I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Le Waijiao in Oct 2018
Interview
I will try to recall all the procedures involved in the interview process, as it was very confusing and unclear. After a positive intial evaluation of my CV and self-introduction video, I was invited to present a demo via Skype. They told me right away that my demo was super fine and that I was going to partake a training session the following day, 9am to 12pm BJT. They did not pay any attention to the fact that, in the Country in which I'm living, it was 4am to 7am... but I decided to do it. I spent three hours training on the platform they use for teaching - it could have been done in a shorter lapse of time, but fine. Let's go on. They set a practice class on the platform for me for the following week, saying that after that I was SURELY going to sign the contract - a rather badly discussed contract. The day before the practice class, they contact me once again to tell me that I am not going to do it on the platform, but on Skype once again and they provide a totally different teaching materials for me to prepare with only a few hours in advance. I do the mock class on Skype and they say they are going to send me the contract within a couple of days. Result? After five days they tell me I am not fit for the job. The whole process lasted almost three weeks. Do these guys seriously think that people have got nothing better to do than wasting their time like this? A totally negative experience, stay away from them! Apparently they enjoy seeing people wasting their time and making fun of them.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Le Waijiao in Jun 2018
Interview
I liked this interview process, I was originally interviewed by one person who was a native English speaker. 75% of my interview was a demo class where the interviewer was the student and I was the teacher.
I applied online. I interviewed at Le Waijiao (Buenos Aires) in Mar 2016
Interview
Long, tedious, and horribly misleading. There was a training period for the evaluation and the trainer suggested the EXACT things that the supervisor rejected in the evaluation. Incredibly frustrating
