Lawson interview questions

I had three (3) interviews, all of which were via video call. The process was very thorough and professional. I followed up a day after to thank them for their time, then a week later and a week after that. Received no response….crickets. If I had only on interview or just a phone screen and didn’t hear back, then fine. But why after tree face to face calls was I ghosted? I assume that’s how business is done these days but I think it’s rude and disrespectful. I’m glad it didn’t work out. Who knows how they treat employees.
