Very long virtual interview with 3 separate rounds on Zoom. Went fine, was a little dry sometimes and good other times. That's what happens with different personality types. Just wish they had sent me a quick rejection letter rather than ghosting me and me having to reach back out. Kind of rude and inconsiderate of a candidate's time and energy, especially when it's such a quick thing to do. Don't normalize it!

Interview
Spoke for 20 or so minutes with the school principal and director. They were clear about what they were looking for, and very professional. Interview was followed with a written set of scenario questions.
