LawAdvisor interview questions

Intro interview with TA went great then I was given a take home coding assignment, which I'd say I've given considerable time and thought. However, their tech team just went on nitpicks for an unpaid coding assignment, about things that aren't part of the scope. There was even concern about performance issues, which I don't think've really benchmarked as it's 10~40 ms, which is acceptable but can be optimized. I asked for a requirements gathering session but they declined so I wrote my thoughts on a README, which I'm not sure they read entirely, as I've said that there's things that I deferred because they're not part of the scope and due to time constraints.
