I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Law Absolute
Interview
sales related scenarios to act out, chat through CV, questions on knowledge of recruitment industry an objection handling. Met on e person after another, disorganized process, tiring. Questions on cultural fit, motivations, challenges. Questions on educational backgrounds and commitment to a career in recruitment. Personal questions which were inappropriate such as marital status and professions of my parents which made me feel very uncomfortable. Was given more information on how the business operated and reporting lines, expectations and training programme.

Interview
Went for a first stage interview and it was a fairly informal chat around CV and route in to recruitment. Nice lady and nice offices. It should however be noted that the company is heavily female focussed- felt as if they looked down on me as I was a man.
