Interview with one of the partners and maybe the office manager. The person who calls you does not speak very good English. They really don't ask that many questions. They really just go over your resume with you.
I interviewed with one of the partners at the firm. Overall, it was a standard interview and there were no "got you" questions. The interview was just one 1 hour interview.

Quick, not thorough, trying to fill a seat rather than finding a long term employee, could benefit from a true HR staff member with interviewing experience & knowledge. Partner is looking for a pal, not a good employee
