Process was fine, I met with a senior leader from the business although it quickly became apparent that I was too junior for what they were looking for and so was it was no surprise when I didn't hear back. What did come as a surprise, though, was that following this interview someone from the Launch recruitment team informed my then-manager that I'd interviewed with them.
