Quick and painless. Was very easy going since they normally only take from the vast array of students they had taught previously to work for them. Made the sit down very simple.
Sign up for an interview via email. They tell you in advance what most of the questions are going to be: create a 2 min "lightning talk" on any topic of your choice, discuss your resume and background, answer a few logic puzzles.

Interview
A 30 minute chat via Zoom was scheduled with the co-founder and he was amicable. Although the Experience Manager was not a part of the chat, the co-founder takes his experience chatting with you to the Experience Manager and leaves the final decision up to this person that was not present in the initial chat and whom has less experience than you in application development.
