Phone call and interview. It was with sales manager and lead clinician in southern california. They asked me common questions about myself and why I was interested in the role.
The interview was super easy. There are 2 interviews: one on the phone and then one through zoom. They asked very basic questions and really want to know if you have any passion in the field of work.

Super easy process. One phone interview, then interview on zoom. Both people who interviewed me were amazing and kind. One was from corporate office ad the other from the local office. The entire interview was quick and efficient. No tricky questions.
