      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at LaserAway

      Interview

Phone interview scheduled for 11:30 am. I prepped for 2 hours for this as I’ve done MedSpa sales and was very interested. I made my husband leave the house to ensure I could have total privacy. 11:50- no call. No missed calls, no nothing. Volume and ringer all the way up. I check my email to find the recruiter saying “I’ve tried a couple of times and gotten your voicemail”. Impossible. I told her to try again or give me her direct number and I’d call her. She wrote me back saying she would need to reschedule. I booked it for Tuesday. She canceled the morning of saying position had been filled. What a colossal waste of time

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LaserAway

      Interview

The interviews were pretty easy. First one was a get to know you and then the second one has more sales experience related questions. During the interview the manager mentioned the high turnover rate for their sales staff, how people with an aesthetics background typically fail (vs car sales for example), how they micro manage you their employees, and they let people go after 90 days if not selling more that $20,000 (which makes sense given their pay structure) - at least she was honest. Both of the people I talked to were very friendly and easy to talk to. I was asked to have an interview with the VP of sales then decided to accept another job offer instead.
