First did an over the phone prescient with one of the managers, then got scheduled for two in person interviews, first with the assistant manager, then with the general manager.
Long. Crazy long. Felt like I was being interrogated for a crime or trying to get into a very competitive school. Also why is it so hard to just use this website? Why do I need to write so much

Interview
Three step process. First was a phone call, usually with a supervisor. They asked basic questions, do your best to sound friendly and chatty they LOVE that. Second step is a one-on-one with a manager or GM. My interviewer was casual, made it easy. Again just be chatty. Third step was an audition where you preformed the "briefing," just use a loud voice, it's okay if you mess up. If you made it there, you basically have the job.
