The interview process involves a teaching demo, student sample essay, and highly confusing interview questions. They set up an interview with you through email. Are nice enough to let you know to have a lesson prepared and to email you a temporary parking permit.

The interview questions are highly confusing. You will have no idea what they are asking you. That makes it so that you are not clear or detailed. ...why even bother having interviewees do a teaching demo and student sample essay if you are only going to look at the interview questions and answers. That is very unnecessary and unfair. Why is all that even needed then? Do you already have someone else in mind that you want to or wanted to hire?
