I applied in-person. I interviewed at Langdon Hall
Interview
First two interviews were lovely. I was invited to a working interview. The person I was shadowing was great as well. I was then interview again with a new manager, who proceeded to mock my past experiences in the industry. This put a bad taste in my mouth for the job and how their management operates as a whole.
Food & Beverage Manager can be a quiet, so can be intimidating during interview, but actually really great team to work with. Asked basic questions like are you okay working long and late, what would you do if customer dind't like food, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Langdon Hall (Cambridge, ON) in May 2019
