Interview
Simple and friendly process. They sent me an email to share their interest and we setup an interview. The interview began at the time they mentioned in the email and most of the questions were to get to know me better. Three to five days after the interview they sent me an offer. After I accept the proposal I started working 2 weeks later.

Interview
The interview was requested immediately and was somewhat casual with the Vice President and one of the Project Managers. The focus wasn't so much what I knew or where I had worked but what they had to offer as a company. It was more focused on personality and skill set rather than technical skills.
