Three rounds of interviews. The first round was pleasant, however the other two were so so. Seems like the office politics are strong - as the person who interviewed and offered the role resigned a week after. Left without further clarification from HR on the candidacy result.

First round with HR, basic understanding about role and they will get to know your Interest
Then, First round with the Design Director or Creative Director
Final round with Creative Director or Executive Creative Director
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Landor (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Screening call with one of the company's recruiters, followed by video calls with the office's ECD and CD, plus a phone call with the Managing Director; within a few weeks, they flew me out to San Francisco to meet the team in person. I had an offer from then within a month or so, which was a bit delayed, but had nothing to do with the office and everything to do with holding company bureaucracy (those that I interviewed with were very apologetic).
