5 interviews. The HR rep is unrealistic and I'm not sure she understands or has respect for peoples time and money. The position was not for a high level executive and the pay wasn't even fair. Just an all around fail and waste of time

Interview
The initial interview was very relaxed. Unlike many interviews today, it was one on one and not a group setting. During the initial interview, I was asked to come back for second interview. I got a real sense of a team environment.
