The interview process was clear and straight forward. It was similar to that of other ESL/teaching companies. I've been employed with another ESL company in the past, so I was familiar with their processes. If you haven't ever taught ESL in the past, then Youtube will be your best friend when it comes to prepping for these types of interviews.

Simple, fast, easy, friendly. The recruiter was easy going and accommodating,. I had to cancel the first time and I had internet problems the second, they were helpful and patient. Good interview experience

Interview
Two way interviewing process. There was bad connection, so the internet went out a couple of times. Did a mock interview with another candidate which felt like a competition.
