Interview
They take lot of time to do the interview process and make you to wait for 1-2 months to tell the results and after you got selected, they make you to wait again and keeps on delaying to send the offer letter. Never believe them, they literally make waste of your 2 months time saying that we didn't get approval from the project team. I literally wasted my 2 months believing them, my half of the career has gone. Unprofessional people playing with fresher's.

1st round was just a interaction, and of they shortlist you, 2nd round will be technical programming aptitude questions online. Any programming language, Mcq on java, choose the correct output, writing program by using the given data.
It was worst worst company interview I have given ever..I have been selected for Accenture client..and took one month for all procedures and after document verification clear..they said client doesn't have any requirement...so bad experience...so shameless and unprofessional staff.. n mailed then 10000 times..no reply..I suggest not to be part of this company.. worst experience ..I would have given negative rating

Lancesoft is a contract agency, so the interview was over the phone, just to confirm details on my resume. A They asked a few general questions and to get an idea of whether I would be dependable and to make sure I knew the commute distance and that it would not be a problem.
