It is a very straight forward common process. I applied and sent my resume and was contacted by HR department. We had a first interview with HR and got asked general questions about my profile and my desire to work at the company. I also did a basic math and communication test.
The same day I received a call to let me know of my next interview with the departments manager. We discussed my resume in a more detailed way and got asked hypothetic questions for them to evaluate my problem solving skills.
The next day I received a call from HR for a last interview with the Departments director. This last interview was just to let me know that the working shifts were hard but the opportunities for growth were great.
