Lakeview Public Schools interview questions

Was contacted for an interview several weeks after I applied. The interview was terrifying. There were seriously 10 people there to interview me: the high school principal, two of the high school assistant principals, the middle school principal for some reason, three teachers, and two students. I was incredibly intimidated, and totally bombed because of it. The questions themselves were pretty standard, but I was just so nervous that I think I probably came across as not knowing what I was talking about. Also when the secretary had contacted me to set up the interview, she told me to bring along a lesson to talk about at the interview, which I did, and then at the actual interview, they seemed to expect me to DO the lesson, which I was not prepared for, so that threw me off even more. I walked out of there with 100% confidence that I was not getting a call back. Bummer, because I've heard a lot of great things about this district.
