Got a call for interviewing. Had initial screening for about 5-10 minutes. Next interview was onsite where none of the questions were technical but more related to topics like hobbies, etc.

What do you do in your free time, why should we hire you, what will you do if you were lagging behind on the work that was assigned and you know that you wont be able to complete it by deadline, etc.
