The interview was given by one individual because the other recruiters were meeting with other interviewees as well. The interviewer had a double sided page with questions where he would then write my response beneath. He was more interested in what I did in college socially than my skills or what I could offer to the company.

Through college career fair, pretty informal setting with two people that worked there. They asked a variety of personal and technical questions to get to get to know me. One was an alumni of my college so they were familiar with the setting.
