Interview
I applied online and was contacted via email and phone that night to invite me in for an interview the next day. I thought it was a little shady that they responded so quickly and wanted to plan an interview so last minute, but I decided to check it out anyways. While the people I met were friendly, I was immediately put off when they began to describe the company and the position. Everyone starts out basically selling Comcast to people in Best Buy before they can progress to another role. They admitted to having high turnover rate for these roles, perhaps due to over promising to young people right out of school. I told them I wasn't interested in pursuing an entry level sales position like this and that ended our interview. The process was very quick and easy, but the position and company are not for me.

Interview
I applied online and was offered an interview within a few days. After advancing past the initial interview, the second interview was more of a job-shadow for a day. I was asked personality-type questions and asked to memorize some company goals/values. It was nice to see what the job was first hand. Ultimately, I decided it wasn't for me.

Interview
I had a short interview first of all with the managing director of the company to find out a little about my background and experience. The manager was very friendly and although the interview was short, it answered everything I expect to know at a preliminary interview. I then received a phone call to invite me in for a longer second interview. At this interview, I got to shadow an account manager with the company and see what the day-to-day is like. It was a great opportunity to ask all the questions I wanted to know and to make sure I was making the right choice regarding my career path.
