Interview
Interview with someone in their office, most generic basic interview ever, probably just see I was a warm body. Their physical test involved doing 3 squats and some dumb flexible movements. After that I was ready to do hard extremely repetitive lifting for 8+ hours. Ended up being not a bad beginner job.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Labourpower Recruitment Services (Sydney) in Nov 2022
Interview
Just had to come in for a drug test and fitness check, fairly straightforward and easy, was individual as I was alone for the role I was pursuing. Great agency.

Interview
Unprofessional and slack for a Human Resources business. They make it very clear they don’t care about the candidate, only the employer they work for and that pays them. Very much a sales scripted approach to pump through candidates and was laughed at during their in-office medical/physical which is appalling behaviour honestly.

None really - they just dictate what they want and tell you what the hourly rate will be. They are basically just looking to tick boxes for their own compliance.
