I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Labdoor
Interview
Not great, very rude. Wanted to pay entry level wages for senior level work. Also seemed somewhat sexist. Wouldn’t work here if my life depended on it. Look elsewhere for a fulfilling career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Labdoor in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview questions were Growth-oriented, which were followed up by notice that they aren't looking for Growth personnel. Very Indirect process, complimented with counter-intuitive questions and reasoning. Great idea, but the team may or may not be capable of capitalizing.

Question 1
Where do you see room for Growth in Labdoor? (This question is extremely vague)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Labdoor (South San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Reached out on AngelList, heard back from the founder who passed me to the CMO who set up a time to talk which I confirmed. All pleasant. I spent time researching and auditing their site preparing to speak in depth about it but I didn't receive a call from the interviewer and about 10 minutes after the scheduled call time I gave him a call to see if everything's ok. See answer below. Though I understand these things happen, it wasn't a good experience. Hopefully by the time you interview with them they have a professional HR coordinator otherwise triple confirm your times so they don't miss it.
