Typical small company interview process. You meet with the "boss" who is also the CEO and another manager, in my case it was the warehouse manager to discuss high level strategy and plans. Then I met with 2 "would be" co-workers to discuss the details of the day-to-day. The odd parts were meeting with the owner of the company, who even though he doesn't actively participate, he still wanted a voice. I can't blame him, he does own the company. The other odd part was that casualness of the exchanges with the CEO. I always had to call him for phone calls. My thought was that he was doing out of kindness, not to alarm my current employer, but it was still non-traditional. Overall, good experience, I just had something come up. Odd location too.
