Applied through the website in March. Got an e-mail to interview in July. There were about a hundred people interviewing at the same time split into groups. About 3 different situational questions (ex: paired off for 5 minutes and then having to present your partner to the group, paired off and assigned to a ride that you had to prepare an intro for, etc.) and 1 random question.
