I was called by corporate to ask me to come in for interviews that same day. I went to talk with them and I was hired on the spot. I was sent for drug test within the week and I was working within the week after hiring me
The front office manager called me to set up a face to face after an initial phone interview probing my previous experience. We had an interview and she pretty much hired me on the spot.

Interview
Arrived 5 minutes early, interviewer still interviewed me several minutes late. Asked the basic interview questions and ended with the generic "why should I hire you?" The interview took place in the lobby, close to the front desk versus somewhere private. Interviewer mentioned that front desk agents are responsible for not only managing the front desk, but ALSO doing the laundry, mopping the floors, AND cleaning rooms once guests check out. All for $16 an hour. Just wow.
Great manager who interviewed me. Very friendly and reasonable. Made the interview process not as nerve wrecking as other jobs. She was laid back and not stern and demanding. She walked through what the job entailed thoroughly.
