Unnecessarily long interview process and didn’t hear back from them for weeks after. Unprofessional and quite frankly, lazy.
Employees seem uninspired and I didn’t get the impression that it was a nice place to work.

Interview
It was a really friendly and engaging process. Turnaround time in between interviews was quick and the feedback was thorough. Overall I enjoyed the interview experience and would recommend Applying for the company for yourself to see if it will be a good fit for you.
General competency questions and motivational questions. I was interviewed by two hiring managers, having done three former interviews with a graduate recruitment agency called Sanctuary Graduates. Sadly I was misinformed regarding what my interview will entail meaning that I couldn’t perform to the best of my abilities
